Aleesha Young has established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha was part of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, played hockey on ice, however her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. But she started competing in 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Her first show as a professional took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had her most impressive WOS rising-phoenix show when she placed fourth. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
